How do I return an item?

Customer Returns Policy:

There’s a 14 day returns policy without exception.

Any clothing product that have been worn, soiled, torn or damaged in anyway and is not in its original packaging will not be accepted or refunded in anyway.  

Any toys, games, electronics or mechanical product that has been soiled, broken parts, torn packaging or damages in anyway and is not in its original packaging will not be accepted or refunded in anyway.  

In the event a product that may have been received by customer with some kind of damages.
Customer must provide proof of filing a same day claim with the respective shipping carrier where it applies in order to get consideration for a returns credit.

Any returned product will be thoroughly checked, tested and examined for damages.

Products that are acceptable to be returned and are sellable will receive store credit after a 20% restocking fee has been applied.

Customers must contact customer service and request an authorized RMA# and products must be received within 7 days of the day of issuance of the RMA# no exceptions.
